You cannot serve two mastesr
When it comes to manifesting anything, we should concern ourselves with one thing, and one thing only: our imagination. More specifically, the thoughts, feelings and assumptions we entertain as we move through our day.
From a metaphysical perspective, all desires already exist and are simply awaiting externalization. To bring about their externalization we must believe they already exist in our lived experience. The Ancients were very clear in their message: “whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.” (Mark 11:24).
The more we focus on getting something ‘out there’, the more we confess that we have yet to receive our desire. We are going against the very fabric of this metaphysical principle. It is imperative we cultivate the feeling of fulfillment within, irrespective of the sense-evidence.
We cannot serve two Masters at the same time. When I look for desire, I am a slave to the senses. I am obeying the seeming facts of life. When I live in fulfillment, I have accepted my desire as a present-tense fact. I have pledged allegiance to the universe.
